Recognizing that traditional spirits tend to be harsh and acidic, Lytos' mission is to bring consumers a spirit that is easier to drink over traditional spirit offerings to consumers. Being a highly alkaline 80-proof spirit with savory added ingredients.

Our Story

Lytos was inspired in 2010 by mixing vodka with unique alternative ingredients typically found in leading sports drinks, which are now used in the current product. Nine years later, the tasty, patented formula was born, and soon after, so was Lytos. After one year and ten months of federal and state government approvals, Lytos finally hit the market.

Lytos was founded by a Maryland native and Towson Graduate, who set out to bring a new, innovative, and never done before product to the market. In turn, this has created an easy-to-drink spirit that will ensure a smoother drinking experience.
